He was born in Paris, France.He started cooking at the age of 14 and became a restaurant chef in Paris at the young age of 22.In Paris, he was active under a Michelin-starred chef until he was 28.After that, he worked as a chef in famous hotels and restaurants around the world, including Italy, Bora Bora, the UK, Australia, and New Caledonia.He came to Japan 18 years ago and was involved in the launch of several “Ore no French” stores.He currently works as the owner and chef of the French-Italian deli “Bon’ Ap” in Izu Kogen, and from January 2025, he will be supervising all of the cuisine at the hotel.
